Gerry graduated from The King's University with a Master of Practical Theology degree, and is ordained as a minister and chaplain in The Foursquare Church movement. Gerry and Dianne are experienced in the Cleansing Stream Ministries discipleship and deliverance program, and have ministered in California, Nevada, Wisconsin, Illinois and Arizona.
Gerry served as chaplain of the Reno-Sparks Gospel Mission in Reno starting 2006, then pastored Grace Fellowship Foursquare Church in Susanville, CA. In 2014 Gerry started serving as the protestant chaplain at California Correctional Center, also in Susanville. Dianne served at Big Brothers Big Sisters where she taught "at risk" teenagers about the perils of addiction to tobacco, alcohol and drugs. Dianne and Gerry were on the founding committee of Teen Challenge Susanville, where Dianne served as secretary.
After retiring from prison ministry in 2019, Gerry and his wife traveled the western USA for 18 months. Gerry then served as the chaplain and bereavement coordinator for various hospices, before incorporating Healing Shepherd Ministries. He is currently employed by Heart of Healing Hospice in Phoenix, as chaplain and bereavement coordinator.
They have three wonderful children, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, each of whom is the absolute best!
Gerry and Dianne have experienced healing following the loss of a spouse to cancer, divorce, death of a stepchild, deliverance from addiction and the results of childhood abuse. They are both cancer survivors. At the same time, the Lord has blessed them and shown His presence and help every step of the way. These experiences are some of their credentials for ministry.
They have a passion for seeing people healed and set free to live to their full potential!
